FODB Inc. is an established firm of chartered accountants and registered auditors with offices in Ceres, Moorreesburg and Malmesbury.
Fourie Oberg de Bruyn Inc. originated in 2008 when the initial directors, Christie Fourie, Rudiger Oberg and Jannie de Bruyn, took over the Ceres and Moorreesburg offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). In 2012, an office in Malmesbury was opened. During 2015, Charl Bezuidenhout and Partners Inc. also merged and from then on the firm was known as FODB Inc.
Rudiger started his articles at PwC in Ceres in 2001 and obtained a BCompt (Hons) degree at the University of South Africa in 2002. From 2004 to 2007 he served as audit manager at PwC’s Ceres office before becoming director of Fourie Oberg de Bruyn Inc. in 2008.
Jannie obtained the degree in BAccHons at the University of Stellenbosch in 2001 and then did his articles at PwC in Ceres. He was audit manager of PwC’s Moorreesburg office from 2005 to 2007, and in 2008 he became a director of Fourie Oberg de Bruyn Inc.
Charl did his articles at PwC in Moorreesburg from 2002 to 2006. In 2006, he obtained a BCompt (Hons) at the University of South Africa. In 2010, he opened Charl Bezuidenhout and Partners Inc. then merged with FODB Inc. in 2015, where he became a director.
Elizma obtained a BAcc degree in 2005 and completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting in 2006 at the University of Stellenbosch. She started her articles at PWC in 2007 and completed it at De Jager Boshoff in 2010 after which she registered as a Charted Accounted – CA(SA). Elizma joined FODB Inc. in 2016 as a senior audit manager. She registered as an auditor in 2022 and was appointed as a director of FODB Inc. in 2023
